[REJECTED] Pet's actionbar and unitframe arent spawned after /reload, PetHasActionBar() returns false

Bug description:
When playing on a character class with an active pet out, the pet bar and pet unitframe are both visible after the initial login. But if we reload the interface with a /reload though, they both disappear. After a /reload the PetHasActionBar() API call also returns false, as if the game isn't telling the UI that there should be a pet bar here at all.

On retail, the pet bar and pet unitframe spawn after every /reload, and PetHasActionBar() returns true. While here on Felsong, we have to manually dismiss and respawn the pet for the bar and frame to become visible again after a /reload.

Update:
This applies to both unitframe and actionbar, and to any other things where the UI relies on information from the game engine about whether or not we have a pet out.
