Bug description: Recipe: Potion of the Old War rank 2 not dropping
Proof: The first time I went for the recipe, it dropped to the player next to me. Then, on the next week was the bugs rollback fixes, and after that, I have gone 7 weeks in a row for the recipe and is simply not being dropped. Can you please check this out because it may got bugged after the rollback.
PS: one of the fixes that were removed was this potion.
