[REJECTED] Recipe Terrorspike drop chance

Bug description: I would like to confirm or denie the pattern drop, because there isnt anything about it in wow-freakz's database

Proof: Wow-freakz database doesnt have any info about drop chance of this recipe. Recipe in blacksmith window says that i drops from Helya HC in MoS (to be precise from her loot chest called "Waterlogged Cache of Ancient Relics" (link -> http://www.wowhead.com/object=246036/waterlogged-cache-of-ancient-relics#contains). I have done MoS hc on my BS character and it didnt drop.

The item has a 3% Drop chance and its in the Freakz DB says it drops from her. its not a 100% drop chance, Rejected.
