[REJECTED] [Pandaria][Timeless Isle] - Blazing chest loot bug

Bug description: No loot

Some GM told me to post here, so here I am.
Hello. The Blazing Chest has a 100% drop chance for the item [Burden of Eternity], plus 4-5 random items.
All i got was a big fat NADA. I know the drop works because i've looted the same chest on several alts without a problem.
I have no screenshot, no proof, because.. there was nothing to show
(beside the fact that i've died, running from mobs and trying to understand why i had no items and it tp me to the spirit healer.)
Maybe only to prinstscreen the zone of the missing "chest" ( cause i clicked on it and dissapeared),
and to ss all the bag items and bank iteams and void storage... so, about 400 ss? I think it would be easier to just check the game logs..
I've tried to explain to the in-game GM, but the answer was: i dont understand why u want that item., you'll lvl up anyway and wont need it.
And i dont understand. I am lvl 90. Am i gonna became a mini-boss or something? That would be soooo coool !!!

Anyway, I would like an in-game mail with the [Burden of Eternity] item (at least).
I DO need that item. Very much. The drop rate is extremely low.
I wont lvl up, I wont go to soo hc raids with that char, so that 4/4 551ilvl item wannabe, is very needed.

PS: at the moment, i have some [Burden of Eternity], but when i tried the in-game ticket (about 2 weeks ago) i had none.
It was easy to check by a GM, but he/she didnt.

The character's name is : Tharox - horde lvl 90 tauren warrior
