As it stands, since the Epic recipe became Unobtainable, if you want to get to 200 Cooking Recipes learnt without that (or Thistle Tea, for non-Rogues, you HAVE to be part of a guild, and get either "Cook 5,000 Cataclysm Cooking Recipes" or "Catch 10,000 Fish from Fishing Pools" to obtain one or both of the Guild-vendored Cooking Recipes.
