[DUPLICATE] Blackfathom deeps dungeon bugs

Bug description: the lorgalis manuscript doesnt appear in my inventory. already tried clear cache, abandon mission and retake, tried for multiple days to redo the mission

2nd bug in this dungeon
killing the boss of this dungeon doesnt count

Also i cannot complete other missions in ashenvale. like using the glaivethrower to kill raider or the goblin shredder to detonate explosives.
