BM Hunter Issues

Hello all !

I'm mr. res, I landed on this server yesteraday and I insta bought a 110 lvlup token which I used on my new BM hunter.
After getting the minimum gear so I can queue to LFR, I started doing some quests and I immediately saw that the global CD on Dire Beast doesn't reset on proc.
Is this known limitation because it might crash the server ? All those BM hunters there spamming their Dire Beast and overpopulating the realm with critters ? If so, please take in consideration that Legion BM hunter depends on that 20% chance to reset the dire beast CD, the number of beasts that you summon impacts highly the dmg you do... obviously.
If the problem is not known, my apologies for bringing it up, or in the wrong place, and I encourage you to fix an very important issue with this spec. Tbh I didn't make a comprehensive sweep of the forum, but with the mods permission I will post here things that I might find, related to this class and spec.
