World Quest Unlocked

I've had a 110 rogue for a while, then i made a hunter and ive been playing that a lot, and i donated to get the world quests unlocked, and it said its for all chars of your account.

Then i made a warrior, and indeed my world quests were unlocked there as well.

Now ive just played my rogue and i wanted to gear up so i wanted to do some worldquests but its not unlocked?

Whats wrong ? can anyone help me out here, i'd appreciate it

I can't turn this quest in, cause it says i havnt completed it.

Does the unlock only works for your future characters you make?
cause ive had the rogue before i made the hunter and bought the unlock..

@Shocker shocker do you know why this is happening? and how it can be fixed ?

Try this:

I logged in while the server was offline ( probably restarting )
and when it got online and i was able to go in-game i got the quest completed and was able to turn it in.
