Bug description: While you are in the air after using DFA right before you land you can use shadow dance for increased damage . At the moment it looks like shadow dance is on global cd while you are using DFA .

That is 7.2.5, and NOT 7.1.5

Blizzard removed Shadow Dance from the GCD after 7.1.5, so you can use just before eviscerate goes off (DFA has an incredibly long 2 seconds GCD, which blocked shadow dance before)
On 7.1.5 Shadow Dance is on the GCD, so those 2 longs seconds after DFA won't allow you to use it before the eviscerate lands...
Check the video you sent me, and see that regardless of what ability he uses, shadow dance does not get GCD.
