Bug description: flanking strik doesn't have double the chance to trigger mastery . if you test this by using only flanking strike and no pet attacks or special attacks and keep your pet near the target on passive you will see this
Proof: tooltip says , Survival (Level 78)
Flanking strike has double the normal chance to trigger Hunting Companion

You cannot possibly know this, and I doubt you did a thorough test. The code in our server looks like
