Bug description: Artifact empowered before accepting quest, can't finish quest because no artifact power left

You can see that I upgraded Warglaives of Chaos and still have the quest active with 0 artifact power.

Btw I cant access Broken Isles so I can't farm AP !

A staffmember recommended me doing that but I clearly said in the ticket that I can't acces Broken Isles, but Okay

So I couldnt really progress last 3 days because of this struggle/misunderstanding.

Ahhhh so annoying but I'm sure it'll get fixed ASAP!

Here's the proof of no BI access.. But that's pretty logical if I can't finish my Class Order Hall introduction missions.

The fact tht I could spend the AP before the quest was accepted is weird and not noob friendly.

You can just switch specs and click on the forge again
