Psyfiend

Bug description:
1. Psyfiend can be CC'd. It should be immune to CC.
2. Psyfiend can be killed by AoE spells. It should only be killable by single target spells and auto-attacks.
3. Psyfiend can be killed by DoT's. It should only be killable by direct damage abilities.

Overall, Psyfiend should be acting the same way a totem does.

I changed the type of Psyfiend to be a Totem. This means that it will behave the same way as totems (won't be killed by AoE stuff).
Added immunity to crowd control.
Fixed DoTs damaging Psyfiend
