Bug description: has a 20% chance to proc on autoshot crit, 30% if One with the pack (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=199528&&name=one-with-the-pack) talent is selected - doesn't proc at all

I thought I said this a couple of times: being a class mod / helper does not give you immunity to certain rules, like do not post without proof, or if you do actually post without proof, please leave it in the "pending" section. I know that I actually let people away with this in cases, but only when they are actually right. Rumors about things being bugged spread like wildfire, and it doesn't matter if they are not true, they tend to stick around way too long
