Bug description: The duration it is 6 sec instead of 7 .

(when he cast windburst you can see that the Vulnerable debuff is 7 sec.)

Duration = 7 seconds. Tooltip shows 6 seconds. Not sure if the actual duration is 7 seconds, but I could never put an arcane shot into a Windburst vulnerability.

Update , only the tooltip is wrong, in-game it is 7 sec

It's only the tooltip, the actual duration is 7 seconds. Will mark it as low priority
