Bug description: Beast Cleave should be applied when Multi-Shot is cast, not when Multi-Shot hits the target.

P.S. - I know its a 7.2.5 video, but Beast Cleave has not been changed in any way so its still relevant. Also screenshot of the point in the retail video - https://i.imgur.com/7KZ9KqD.jpg - You can see Multi-Shot is freshly casted and Beast Cleave buff is active.
