You have to learn Legion Skinner in a different way than other professions. You should compare freakz databse and retail database before report.

Legion Skinner (wowhead link) on retail is a reward only from two quests called Stonehide Leather Sample and Stormscale Sample.

Same on wow freakz, Legion Skinner Those quest are started from a quest item.

Bug description: You can't complete this quest because it doesn't count recipes you made. Furthermore, Way of the Brew because that quest isn't given by Sungshin Ironpaw(Even over 600 cooking skill points).

Can't do the quest when you have low mining which is wrong as you should beable to do so in legion.

Bug description: Stuck at 105 Mining, every single node is gray (From all expansions, Legion ones included) now i'm smelting for skill up (163 already). (Open Ticket, 4 days to get an answer)

Bug description: Stuck at 120 Herbalism, every single node is gray (From all expansions, Legion ones included), i tried unlearning/learning the Profession and now cant skill up more than 115. (Open Ticket, 4 days to get an answer)

UPDATE: After 4 days, i have a response to my ticket "Level it in the old zones", looks like the guy just read half of my ticket.

UPDATE 2: Indorium nodes does skill up at 163 (Orange), only spawns 3 nodes inside Uldaman (It was used for one obsolete quest withdrawal from the official version like 2 expansions ago), i assume that it skill up from level 1 (With WoD changes) but officially requires 150 (And maybe the WoD changes
don't affect it because it was obsolete before that update), according with some comments in WoWHead (Very old) it can be used to skill up until level 225.

Skinning:

Bug description: I've reach 550 skill point in Skinning profession. Today i was farming in pandaria, when the word "Skinnable" that appear when you mouseovering a dead skinnable corpose was still orange.. only 3/10 mobs was giving skill points.. until 550.
I haven't got other points after 550 in pandaria(skinnable word was still orange), then i've changed region(dread waste) but still no skill points. My last try was in WoD where "skinnable" word was orange too, but nothing again.

I don't know how i can Skill up my skinning profession.

@Update I'm able to skin in broken isle with 550 skill point. Then i have continue there until 652. This profession can't be skill up more.

Bug description: Doesnt give the speed buff when you kill an enemy. As seen on proof i killed enemies but movement speed isnt increased at all.

Same problem. Well, except I'm stuck at 110. I got the ten extra points from smelting. But every node everywhere is grey (except Pandaria, which are red), so they award no points. My friend is having the same problem with Herbalism. I'd post "proof", but I don't see the point since the comment has been made by several people over 28 pages with proof, and hasn't been acknowledged at all.

Consequently, I can't level my Jewelcrafting, either. I thought once I got to the garrison in Draenor, I could use the mineshaft to get caught up, but the nodes in the mineshaft don't give ore or skill-ups...just draenic stone and primal spirits. If it were not for the mine cart, the mine would be totally useless. The true iron ore nodes outside the garrison don't give ore, either. The blackrock ore is a crap shoot...sometimes you get some, sometimes you don't. Oh, and I can't do the work orders in the garrison, and sometimes the jewelcrafting lady in the profession building won't talk to me. It's really a complete mess.

I'm getting the distinct feeling that professions are being discouraged. You know, which is fine...but at least say so. Then I can just stop banging my head against the keyboard over it.

Description : 'What I have gathered from my person experience:
-The proc rate seems to be quite low ~5%, maybe a bit higher.
-I have only ever seen it proc off herb nodes (i.e. herbing dead plant enemies doesn't cause it to trigger)
-The spawned herb will always be identical to the herb you just gathered (i.e. proccing on dreamleaf will always spawn another dreamleaf)
-The spawned herb will spawn immediately and make a distinct sound when it happens.
-The spawned herb for all intents and purposes acts identically to a normal herb node, gives the same amount of herbs and can even proc additional herb spawns if you are very lucky (I have gotten a chain of four in a row).'

IMPORTANT : When gathering Foxflower there is a chance that the http://www.wowhead.com/npc=98235/frenzied-fox will spawn wich leaves a trail of foxflowers on the ground and you can run over them to pick them up
'A cute thing with this herb is that you have the chance the summon a friendly Frenzied Fox. This little guy dashes around dropping foxflowers, just run over them to collect them -'

Check at 0:30 , after he looted a node the fox spawned and did his job, it usually gives 15-20 foxflowers per fox.
