Bug description: Raid scaling is not working properly, we had like 23 people in raid boss had 850m, 1 guy entered raid boss gave 30 mil and he had 880m.Then another guy entered 25th guy and boss gave no hp. then one guy DC-ed and boss went down to 876m. Then guy logged back in and boss stayed 876m.

I have no proof ,but raid scaling is broken as hell.
