[REJECTED] Volcanic Plume doesnt work properly

Bug description:
There is problem on bosses that spawn adds(copies and any other) they will trigger this >are u close enough?< question and if you are not close to both of boss and adds they will start volcanic spawning agien unlimitedly until copies fade away or move boss to stack with them disabling volcanic function agien.
And how volcanic should work is > melee and tank are getting volcanic if they are further away while range and healers should get volcanic Always, doesnt metter if they are in stack close to adds or not it should spawn.
Volcanic should not spawn 100% under players it has to be sometimes random like infront players or around it (might happen that that it wont even hit you).
Spawning for volcanic on multy adds is insane atm on freakz. I even think that if u pull 5-6 adds here they will just spawn under you until you move closer to them or they just wont stop. Not every player should get spawn volcano if it procs from mobs dmg spells
Volcanos should not spawn be triggered by example 1: CoS last boss copies he makes when he charges on adds. 2: Eyes in Vault of the wardens(if they spawn further away from boss) it triggers volcano agien.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFphaHJjQQw just at start u can see that they pulled 5 mobs. 0:30s all mobs are hitting but the spawn on volcano isnt that high and if u follow mage u will see it spawned near him which he just ignored (wasnt on him)
@16:20 they are in stack under eye of the storm you will see volcanos spawning on heals/rdps) which results in them spreading out and caring for volcano as whole grp.
