[FIXED] [Hunter][Beast Mastery] Tier 19 - 4p

Bug description: Tier 19 4p bonus should increase the damage of the Dire Beasts casted DURING Bestial Wrath aswell. Currently only the Dire Beasts summoned BEFORE activating Bestial Wrath recieve the buff from the set bonus.
Proof:

Here you can see my first Dire Beast doing 52k before Bestial Wrath, and 78k after activating Bestial Wrath. Second cast of Dire Beast deals 51k when it should do 78k aswell.

P.S. Only video proof I could find was from PTR where it wasn't supposed to increase the damage but eventually it got implemented.
