[REJECTED] [The Deadmines] Glubtok - Phase 2 not correct (Normal Mode)

Bug description:
Once Glubtok reaches half health, it should starts encounter phase 2 and Glubtok should:

- Stop melee attacks and stop casting Fists of Flame and Fists of Frost --> [NO] It doesn't happen. He continue to do this stuff (1st screenshot)
- Teleport /run to the center of the room --> [OK] It looks like he do this, but then he goes away
- Gain Arcane Power buff (causing him to float above the ground, but still attackable by melee) --> [NO] It doesn't happen at all. He continue to move around
- Start to continuously cast Fire Blossom and Frost Blossom at random locations (although visibly marked) --> [ALMOST] Missiles seems to be casted, but they land just on Boss position and not on random location in the room. Moreover, no mark on the ground is placed before missile landing (2nd screenshot)
