WoW Freakz spell link: Tiger's Fury

Bug description: The spell on retail, when used instantly shifts the user from any form into cat from. This allows the user to save 1-2 seconds on GCD to switching form, however on Freakz when using tiger's fury you stay in the form you pressed it, while having to wait for the GCD to move into form, and then the GCD from after form to begin attacking. This is crucial in PVP to save 1-2 seconds from unnecessary switching. If I did not explain this well, here's a video made by a skill retail druid player;

At 2:03 timestamp, he explains how when out of cat form, using tiger's fury can be used to shift back into cat form, avoiding the global cooldown. This is crucial and not working on Freakz is quite a disadvantage for a class that seems quite weak.
