Bug description: when you consume Thunder Focus Tea before using The Black Flame's Gamble: Effuse, the bonus from the buff will no longer work
Proof:
how to test:
1. use thunder focus tea until you get The Black Flame's Gamble: Effuse
2. remove thunder focus tea buff
3. note that Effuse is missing the 200% healing increase even though you have The Black Flame's Gamble:Effuse active
