On Freakz there's multiple bugs involving the Leech stat:
#1 Leech doesn't work with HoT spells and effects.
#2 Removed. Sorry for the wrong assumpion.
#3 Leech doesn't work with pet attacks. It may not be entirely obvious if you read the tooltip, but on retail pet attacks (including Kill Command) heal your pet. I can only confirm this retail behaviour for hunter pets, but it's probably the same for pets of other classes.

Bug repeatability: 100%, tested with multiple classes.

Screenshot proof of the bugs:

Anyone who has Leech gear on retail can easily confirm this as well.

I confirmed this personally on retail when I implemented Leech, so that is already not correct. Will check HoT effects, but afaik, those work too

Then I apologize for that wrong assumption. But #1 and #3 are definitely actual bugs.
