Bug description:It is healing to much in PVP!

Here is a screenshot with a in a skirmish that healed himself for a maxium hit of 1,37M. Applying the formula ( 20% of all damage taken in the last 5 sec) he had to take 6,85 M damage in 5 seconds ((1,37M*100)/20)
Taking in consideration that a normal DK in pvp has around 3M-3,3M taking that much damage in 5 seconds in a 2 vs 2 situation is hard to believe. If you pay attention to the screen we did 7,7 M total damage, ~ 1 M less than the damage he/she should take in 5 SECONDS to heal for that much. Not saying that he outhealed 2/3 of our damage in the arena.

It was a frost dk. if he used it while heh ad icebound fortitude then it is normal to heal to full in like 2 death strikes

Frost dks have trait that increase healing by death strike by like 400% durring icebound fortitude, you just need to kite/cc him while he have icebound up and not let him hit, then he wont heal at all
