damage formula= Round(23.54328 * SpellScalingArray1(PlayerLevel), 0) * TotalDamageMultiplier
23.54328 * SpellScalingArray1(assuming you are lvl 110)= 40000

This item deal same damage indipendenlty of ring ilvl, only multiplier can modify this damage (versatility, traits, unholy dk mastery ecc..)

in your screen damage is 45.8k = 40k * 1.145 (paragon tratis), all works fine
