Bug description: Something happens to the spell in this encounter and sometimes you cannot use it, same with the pet.

Also, were you in the slow phase? That might bug out the visuals/timers.

Ty for moving the post, and no it has nothing to do with that because it was my first use of the spell so it should react regardless of what phase it is. Like I said it does the same thing to the pet, so I don`t see how phases should affect that but maybe I am wrong.
You can see in the WA the "jumping head" that means the spell is ready for use and as soon as you use it it becomes stationary, so I was spamming the spell and after a few tries it took the command but it should still have another charge and I did not take it.
