Daca esti o persoana ocupata si nu reusesti sa ajungi la sala sau sa alergi in parc, cea mai buna idee pentru a te mentine in forma este sa faci in fiecare dimineata cate 6-7 minute de antrenament si sa incluzi exercitii care te fac sa transpiri si sunt usor de facut. Printre cele mai populare exercitii de facut acasa se numara genuflexiunile, abdomenele, alergarea usoara pe loc, flotarile si fandarile.

Inainte de a-ti incepe sesiunea de exercitii nu uita sa incepi cu cateva miscari de incalzire:

- alearga usor pe loc;

- apleaca-te si atinge-ti cu varful degetelor varful picioarelor;

- tine-ti mainile la sold si ridica-te pe calcaie si pe varfuri;

- roteste-ti trunchiul.

Care sunt cele mai bune exercitii pe care sa le incluzi in antrenamentul tau in fiecare dimineata?

20 de genuflexiuni.


30 de abdomene.


15 flotari.


30 exercitii tip bicicleta.


30 secunde de Plank.
