The bugged quest has race restrictions. It is only for humans. The fine working quest also has race restrictions. It is for everyone except humans. There shouldn't be two versions of the same quest. There should be a single quest, available for every race --> http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10866/zuluhed-the-whacked. Humans can't advance the Netherwing quest chain because of this. I previously made a topic on this matter, but it got rejected ---> https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Outland-Shadowmoon-Valley-Zuluhed-the-Whacked-t483304.html.
Yes, according to wowhead, this quest --> https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=10872&&&&name=zuluhed-the-whacked was removed,
but this one ---> https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=10866&&name=zuluhed-the-whacked is available for all races.
