It works fine at botanist, i tried it on my priest, it works when you stun the plants, or you silence them. But i can confirm that the ring doesn't work at Tichondrius.

I personally tested every single one of these bosses and so far:

Chronomatic: Tested and Bug Confirmed

Spellblade: Tested and works fine

Star Augur: Tested and works fine

Botanist: Tested and works fine

Krosus: Tested and Works fine

Tichondrius: Mobs (Felguards only) are Immune (They shouldn't be) so you cant proc Sephuz, Confirmed PS: Bats are not supposed to be CC'ed

Elisande:
Expedite - Works
Recursion - Works
Blast - Doesnt work
Ablative Pulse - Works

Astral Farseer,Midnight Siphoner,Aboslute Courtesan and Twilight Stardancer dont cast anything so I can't test the silence part but
Stuns - Works
Snare/Root- Works
