[DUPLICATE] val'kyr call order advancement (bug or unscripted)

this order advancement:

is suppose to work like: after u complete it u can interact/speak with this npc:

http://www.wowhead.com/npc=111774/matilda-skoptidottir

and get the following item for 100 order resource:

http://www.wowhead.com/item=140157/horn-of-war#comments

and then u have an extra icon on ur map where u want to do wq like valsharah or suramar or ... the icon is identical to val'kyr call icon u click on it then use it on wq u want to complete ofcourse it doesnt work for elites bosses and pvp but it must work for battle pet and work quests. but the process from speaking/interacting with npc is not working consider this in ur fix schedule pls. thank you.
