Bug description: vanish have 2 min cd, if i use this talent it will increase at 3 min

Confirmed. The cooldown from vanish does indeed get increased to 3 min with Shadows Caress.
While you´re in stealth Shadows Caress doesn't affect vanish at all, but when you go out of stealth the cooldown from vanish gets an addition 35 sec from the bug making the total cooldown 2:35 min.
How it should work is that when You use Vanish it should reduce the Cooldown to 1:24
but instead gets increased to 2:35 seconds
