[DUPLICATE] Ei'thas, Lunar Glides of Eramas not working on raid/party members but works on self

Bug description: Rising Sun Kick(https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=107428&&name=rising-sun-kick) dosen't increase the duration of Renewing Mist(https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=115151&&name=renewing-mist) on other players.If the monk has the HoT the duration is increased but if a raid/party member has it the duration dosen't go up by 5 seconds
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/FWlb9 . As you can see after the boss auto attacked ,the duration of renewing mist did not increase by 5 seconds as it should have.The screenshots were taken back to back(one after I used rising sun kick and one after the boss auto attacked me and procced the debuff)

Confirmed. Did not increase the duration of the spell on me.

Confirm, we also made a video about this. We both had quipped the legendary feet and tested it in EoA. After I used rising sun kick I should have gotten renewing mist extended by +5 seconds
