Bug description: Demonic talent procs Metamorphosis as soon as it deals damage, when it is meant to proc Metamorphosis after finishing dealing damage.

Not true, if metamporhosis is evoked by eye beam, it triggers with start cast of eye beam, not cast complete

Indeed, duration of meta evoked by eyebeam is: 8 + (SpellChannelTimeSec(EyeBeam) / 1.25)
So, you will have 8 sec of meta after having finished cast beam
