Bug description: With 33.63% haste my rejuv have 9 full tick's and +0.06 tick. And this happened on any haste breakpoints, for new full tick need more haste than in the table.

Rejuvenation has 18 seconds duration, 3 seconds periodic timer, and ticks on apply. So with 0% haste, it ticks 7 times.

33.63% haste gives you 2245ms on your periodic timer. 18 / 2.245 = 8.017 ticks + 1 because it ticks on cast. So a total of 9 ticks. I don't know what are you doing, but you are looking at a 7.2 table, and that is completely not true on our server.
