[REJECTED] [Rogue][Combat] True bearing

Bug description: It did not reduce the cd of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=137619&&name=marked-for-death and https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=13750&&name=adrenaline-rush at some point. THIS HAPPENd first time to me in encounter NH normal ELisande. When i used roll the bones buff i got true bearing, but it did not reduce the CD on marked for death when i used the finisher but it did reduce the CD of adrenaline rush, and on later reroll it didnt reduce the cd of adrenalie rush but IT did reduce the CD of marked for death.
Proof: I cannot provide proof, i am playing on laptop with already not so great FPS and i dont think i would be able to record a video. This has never happend to me before in mythic+ or any other raids or other bosses at NH. Maybe some other combat rogues noticed it too?

I've been trying to reproduce the bug for 15 min and so far it seems to be working normally.
Can you give me more info when does the bug happen.
Is there a certain part of the boss fight the bug occurs or its random?
Does it happen when you use Roll the Bones and get True Bearing and one other buff?
More info would be really helpful.

IT happend in phase 2 and phase 3. And it was 2 rolls, true bearing +1. Tonight i went hc but didnt not reach elisande. Next week after the reset we prolly gonna do her again i'll try to pay more attention if it happens and also will try to take screenshot before and after i use finisher with true bearing because i am using bartender/weak auras so my cds are shown even in sec remaining so its hard not to notice it. You can deny the thread i didnt really gave you much information to work with. Next time if it happens i will try to take some screenshots and actual information ;S.
