Bug description: You resive this debuff Trinket https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=221811 (wowhead link) after cast Shadow mend!

. i test more now i see if get any debuff like Dots from other players i resive this debuff this item. please fix it fast . and in more test if you taken from all spells magical +Dots+etc you resive this buff! i test from boss too

check when you are in combat. and spam shadow mend with this trinket
