Bug Description: Currently the Heirlooms bought off this vendor is wrong levels and do not have the level upgrades like they should. Also, they are not added to your Heirloom System/Tab

I can confirm, heirlooms bought in Orgrimmar/Stormwind guild vendors are not being added to your collection.

You did not make a topic about guild vendor heirlooms not being added to your collection weeks ago. The ones from the vote shop is a separate thing and it was said that they won't be added to your collection.

Bumping and confirming, issue still present as of today. Also deleted Cache before testing, if that is relevant.

cant ppl read anymore? ofc they are not gonna be added to heirloom tab.. they're the wrong versions, still the cataclysm level 85 heirlooms instead of the level 60 upgradables...
