Bug description: Bloodsail Oarsman NPC doesn't give you the option to start scripted event, which should embark you on a boat with cannon to kill 75 mobs. Quest could be completed even without this (by killing the mobs normally, but only if you have a flying mount, given that they are on not-reachable-by-land structures), but it wasn't intended that way
