Bug description: The success rates for missions are dropped after "Start Mission". saw this in many alts but ignored it. and now i really need this to progress in 3rd relic quest chain. (got disconnected between screenshots please ignore timeline :p ) already on my third try.

This has been reported before, its very complex to fix will be fixed later since it can happen randomly
