[DUPLICATE] Demon hunter-skinning can't relearn to 800 skill only 700 even with quest

WoW Freakz link: Legion skinning
Bug description: OK, so I learn't skinning on my Demon Hunter did some quests for it and then abandoned both skinning and leatherworking for herba nad mining for world quests.Now I want skinning and leatherworking again, and despite the fact that I did the quest for Legion skinning, couldn't skin animals on Broken Isles.I abandoned and retake it and still just 700 skill as the second time I learnt it.It seems it doesn't allow me to reach 800 skinning like first time.
