on this serv when you do a boss fight lets say krosus mythic or star augur heroic you can never reach those hunters crit chance on mongoose bites , all of those guys had 40% + and here even with higher critical chance than them you cant

lets say that most of those hunts had convergence of fates and they had got aspect of the eagle more often and thats why they had so many crits but how can you explain this

no convergence , 5600 crit and still 49% crit chance on mongoose

same here , no convergence and even lower crit chance !! 4500 and still had 43% crit chance on mongoose

i promise you man that this is not rng , i fought every boss in nh on all 3 difficulties and i never had a chance higher than 32% and i'm 922 ilvl with 6000+ crit

i already prove you that this is not rng . then tell me how those hunts all of them had 40%+ and here you can't get past a 32% . i gave you a lot of logs from our serv on diferent bosses and they all have the same crit chance

Yea something it's wrong with moongose i dont know what , but here https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/bDNZ6gxrcz1Cn2Vy#fight=37&&type=damage-done&&source=6 you can see that he got 42 % crit on moongose and it's not in top 10 you can't say that he got lucky . You can check logs from all survival hunter and you will see that they dont drop lower then 40 %

Its not 47% crit chance its 30% (DO NOT MOUSEOVER MONGOOSE BITE THAT IS NOT HOW YOU CHECK CRIT CHANCE OF THE SPELL). you can see the crit chance in the right side of the table on the column called *Crit %*
The stats shown when you mouseover a spell represents how much crits and normal hits did (as percentages) out of the total damage dealt by that spell, it even states in that column *AMOUNT*. So in this particular example, out of 68.88 million damage total done by mongoose bite, 47% of that 68.88m is from crits, but you must not confuse this with critical chance because its not.

You obviously put alot of work in your post and im sorry to say this but I seriously believe there is no bug here and you were just confused by looking at the wrong thing on logs, please be careful next time.

@Paul !? yeah there is definitely something wrong, but not with mongoose bite, nudge nudge hint hint. In the log you posted his crit chance on mongoloid bite was 25.7% not 42%. /cringe
