[FIXED] [Shaman][Elemental] Earthquake Knockback

WoW Freakz spell link: Earthquake
Bug description: The stun, which is actually a knockback, should not induce DR, as it currently does.
Proof: Went to shaman discord and asked, as I could not find info about it, except some forums where people were complaining about EQ stun not being affected by DR in PVP.

Tested and confirmed, earthquake and stuns do have dr on our server

On retail, they should not share dr.

if you watch from around 1:30-40 you will see he constantly has an earthquake down and when he uses stun totem at the second minute the stun has full duration.

Going from 4:35 to 4:50 you can see the same targets getting earthquked twice with the same duration
