Bug description:
Some locations trigger a strange bug so some abilities aren't usable
nothing else i can say about it..

bug was present almost the whole boss fight (Nal'tira) and some time after it... others got it too on some abilities

Proof:
i couldn't use Holy Shock, i used Flash of Light few times for show
