PvP Encouragement!

Greetings folks

Wouldn't It be great that stuffs try to do some encouraging things to give people the reason to do more PvP (I'm talking about 2's).
For example: implement a gift system or something to encourage people to do so.
The main issue is that there is a lot of people who is in love with PvPing at Arenas but Queue is always empty or just a repetitive encounter!
