[SOLVED]Getting banned again and again :(

hello freakz,
Same issue happened over and over again.
this happened to me last week and i reinstalled my windows, then i didn't get the ban again the next day.
but now this happened again. when i was my cousin's house ( his network ) i played for a while in the morning but at night i got the ban and then kept getting it for 3 days even if i get a new IP and make a new account it gets banned instantly.

PS: i just got this Solved by dowloading the game again, didn't take that step because my internet is super slow (220 KB/s download) !
