I spoke to Gms several times and at last they answered me :

I completed two quests that the receptor of both of them was kayn npc but when i want to exhibit those quests ,that npc become invisible one of these quests is related to quest line demon hunter and i need to do it
the name of my hero is crazyx
i wanted to solve this problem nearly one month appreciate it for your assistance
