ClassHall Wrong Percent Missions Bug.

Bug description: Say you do a 120% mission success rate, once you start it the rate wil not be 120% it will go down to like 90% or 95 or 100%.

When you choose to do a mission in the order class hall scouting map, you see that the % of the mission is above 100%, but when you go and check back the mission results, it drops down drastically like 40% or more and you fail the mission, PLESE FIX IT, it wastes a lot of hours waiting for a mission to complete only to have it fail, most missions are more than 2 hours of waiting...
