Bug description: The trinket proc debuff stuck at 2-3 stacks and doesn't increase if spell crit damaging target.

The proc chance is stupidly low you cant even build up 6 stacks as a fire mage during combustion. I dont know if it was the same on retail and got fixed later but in its current state this trinket is absolutely useless. I know its a CHANCE to proc a stack from a critical strike but its a little ridiculous in its current state.

Tested, the trinket works fine, and the proc chance is modified by how much crit you have. If you wish to report about that feel free to do so
