Wow was not able to connect to network data source

I've been playing here for around a month. Although my game always has some disconnects and some high latency, I will still be able to log in and play regardless. But yesterday when I was playing, I suddenly experiencing crash. Afterwards whenever I log in, choose my character and went into game it would crash and show error message pop up. While I try fixing it, it later become a more serious problem where I could not even start the game anymore and keep saying Wow was not able to connect to network data source. Below are the solutions I've tried and still failed: (I'm using Windows 10)

1. DMZ mode
2. Turn off Firewall
3. Opened all the ports listed from the fix shown from the download page
4. Tried the config download solution.

Please help

It could be due to windows 10

I was able to get it working again by trying the DMZ and ports method, so thrilled! But thank you for the reply and updates on the fix page! Cheers
