Details: (optional) I was doing the Throne of Thunder raid somewhere between 18:00 and 19:00 on the 30th of march 2018 on the Legion server. I had killed the Twin Consorts boss and the said item dropped. Shortly after, when I wanted to use my heartstone to teleport to Dalaran, there was a disconnect followed by the server going offline. When the realm was back online the token was missing from my inventory along with 2 or 3 other items that dropped, that are not that important. The boss is locked as killed with raid id and I cant farm it again on either 10 or 25 heroic modes(I did it on 25 heroic after this event and the item did not drop). I was farming this token for 2 weeks now for transmog purposes and I was very happy it finally dropped. I hope that something can be done. Thanks in advance.
